Equal Life Equal Language Dictionary is With You!
With our "Equal Life" approach to gender equality, we work for a world where no one is excluded or prioritized because of their gender.
We are very happy to share that we have launched our "Equal Language Dictionary" in order to change the sexist discourse in our language that we are not even aware of.
We have compiled our genderless dictionary for you by putting genderless, stereotype-free equivalents of these words against sexist discourse, which is one of the biggest obstacles to gender equality.

You can suggest us words
If you know any words that you would like us to add to our dictionary, you can suggest them to us. You can contribute to our dictionary by writing the wrong usage, correct usage, explanation or an example of the word in a sentence.
All discriminatory sexist stereotypes will now be included in the "disabled word" list in our e-mail correspondence and office programs as part of our company policy, and sexist discourse will be automatically corrected by the system.
