Two important surveys that determine the most effective and powerful HR Leaders of Turkey have been concluded. Human Resources Group Director of Aydem Energy, Mr. Fatih İslamoğlu has succeeded in being recognized and taking a seat on the list of  “50 Most Powerful HR Leaders of Turkey Survey” conducted by the Economist Magazine since 2015 and on the list of “50 Most Efficient CHRO’s Survey” conducted by Fortune Turkey since 2016. 

Both of the surveys, besides focusing on the visionary and innovative aspects of successful HR leaders, also evaluated the innovation, collaboration and agility aspects along with the digital transformation and the pandemic. We congratulate Mr. Fatih Islamoğlu, our Human Resources Group Director in Aydem Energy, who has been recognized among the 50 most efficient and powerful names in human resources management in Turkey, and wish him continued success.

50 Most Efficient HR Leaders of Turkey have been Determined.

Two important surveys that determine the most effective and powerful HR Leaders of Turkey have been concluded. Human Resources Group Director of Aydem Energy, Mr. Fatih İslamoğlu has succeeded in being recognized and taking a seat on the list of  “50 Most Powerful HR Leaders of Turkey Survey” conducted by the Economist Magazine since 2015 and on the list of “50 Most Efficient CHRO’s Survey” conducted by Fortune Turkey since 2016.
