As Aydem Energy, we continue to take various measures in addition to the measures shared regularly by our Ministry of Health and the World Health Organization, at every single point where our Holding companies provide service, during the fight against the coronavirus (COVID-19) epidemic, which is effective also in our country as well as all over the world. With a human-oriented approach, our infrastructure plans have been made and implemented in our entire organization against the situations that may pose a risk to the health of our colleagues and customers. 

In this context, in order to provide faster and healthier services to our customers, we have rapidly established the necessary infrastructures for remote subscription transactions at our Electricity Retail companies (Aydem and Gediz Perakende). In order to somewhat facilitate your life under these difficult condition we are going through, we have established a telephone and on-line communication channels from where you can easily access the services of our companies through our phone number of 0850 800 0 186 and online. In our Electricity Distribution companies (ADM and GDZ Dağıtım), by creating a special line for our healthcare professionals, we have prioritized the notifications coming from them. 

We are regularly disinfecting our work areas and taking all the precautions to protect the health of our customers, who would have to visit us at our service sites and the health of our employees who continue to produce energy for life against all kinds of difficulties. We are constantly in communication with our employees through the Support Line, which we have created to be beside and to support them in case of possible virus problems they might encounter. In the Electricity Distribution companies (ADM and GDZ Dağıtım), with the “Contact” application, the infrastructure of which is created by them, we collect and monitor the information of the people that all our employees are in contact with, on behalf of community health. 

With our family of 12 thousand people, we will continue to produce, distribute electricity and provide technical services in order to ensure that no interruption is encountered in the lives of our people, especially in the health sector which is our pride; in short, we shall continue to exist and produce solutions wherever needed.
