Aydem Energy, one of the pioneering and leading companies of the energy sector with its 12 thousand employees and 40 years of experience, strengthened its management team with a new appointment. Zeynep Arayıcı Korzay, one of the experienced names in the communication sector, assumed the position of Corporate Communications Group Directorship of Aydem Energy. Korzay will be in charge of Aydem Energy’s communication and reputation management: she will lead media relations, corporate social responsibility, sponsorship, brand communication, digital communication, employer branding/internal communication and activities.
Korzay, who graduated from the Department of Sociology at Istanbul University, completed her master's degree in the field of Communication at Pantheon Sorbonne University, Faculty of Political Sciences. In 2000-2001, she worked as a producer and presenter for Radio France and Radio Soleil in France. Korzay, who worked as a reporter and editor on the news channel NTV between 2001-2008, led corporate communication, civil society initiatives, leader communication, social media management as well as the group's global internal communication works at Yıldız Holding, where she worked for the next 12 years.
