Emphasizing that behind this success there lies the cultural transformation projects that have been ongoing since 2019 and the practices that touch the employees, he continued as follows; “With our employee-centered perspective, our priority has always been the 'human'. As the human resources department, to ensure a happy workplace for our employees; we continue to design our new strategies in the light of our corporate culture built on our values of 'Sensitivity', 'Dynamism' and 'Touching Life'. We have redesigned our structuring with the Center of Excellence setup. We have implemented business development projects under the headings of Talent, Development, Salary and Benefits. We have worked on the areas of development that we have determined with the Organizational Health Index survey, and we have developed projects specific to these areas. While accomplishing these, we also reveal our vision for the future. As we manage our recruitment process, we encourage the business units to look beyond their immediate needs and consider what skills a larger organization needs to be successful in the future. We develop our Human Resources Planning System, Performance Management System and Aydem Academy with this perspective.”
Indicating that we have taken the inclusion and diversity projects also in their center, İslamoğlu stated; “With our “Aydem Equal Life” initiative, where we implement transformation projects in the field of gender equality, we work for the transformation of the culture, organization, training, physical conditions, recruitment processes and procedures in our group companies. Recently, as Aydem Energy and its group companies, we have been entitled to be included among the signatories of the United Nations Women's Empowerment Principles (WEPs). With the aim of increasing the representation of female employees at all levels in our group, we plan to increase our female employee rate to 30 percent by the end of the year with the new recruitments. We aim to bring this ratio to the level of equal representation.”
