Fatma Elif Yağlı

Fatma Elif Yağlı is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in renewable energy, energy trading, technology integration, and corporate transformation. She is a graduate of the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Bilkent University and is widely recognized as one of the most influential strategic leaders in the energy sector. Following her graduation from Bilkent University, Ms. Yağlı began her professional career at Aydem Renewable Energy. She later joined Nortel Networks – Netaş, where she worked as a field engineer responsible for managing technical operations across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. During this period of hands-on international experience with multinational technology infrastructures, she developed strong competencies in global operations management, technology leadership, and decision-making in high-pressure environments.
After gaining significant international and field engineering experience, Ms. Yağlı assumed a strategic transformation role at Aydem Energy, where she led the establishment and structuring of the Energy Sales and Trading Department from the ground up.
She subsequently spearheaded the founding of Bereket Elektrik Tedarik as a new energy supply company. Under her leadership, the company rapidly achieved an annual sales volume of 2 billion kWh, becoming a strong and competitive market player. This success positioned the company at 106th place in the 2012 Anatolian 500 ranking, recognizing it among Türkiye’s fastest-growing companies.
Following eight years of successful commercial leadership between 2010 and 2018, Ms. Yağlı continued her executive career at Aydem Energy, first serving as a Member of the Board of Directors and, as of 2024, as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors. In this capacity, she plays a key role in shaping the company’s growth strategies, renewable energy investments, financial sustainability policies, and long-term corporate transformation initiatives.
In addition to her corporate responsibilities, Ms. Yağlı actively contributes to shaping the future of the energy sector through her leadership roles as a Board Member of HESİAD, Vice Chair of the Board of Directors of GÜNDER, and Chair of the Board of Directors of YEKÜD. Through these positions, she holds significant responsibility in advancing Türkiye’s energy transition, clean technology investments, and sustainability policies.
